Information you share

Our consultation form collects your first name, last name, email, optional phone number, and any SMS consent choices you make. We may ask about your property and energy needs during follow-up. Submission and consent records may include timestamps, the form used, and technical information. Please do not submit payment details or other sensitive financial information.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your solar inquiry, evaluate your needs, arrange consultations, and manage customer relationships. Requests and consent choices are processed through GoHighLevel and may be emailed to authorized Coastal Energy team members and our agency acting on our behalf. Previously submitted website requests may also be stored privately in WordPress.

Your SMS choices

The form offers separate, optional choices for informational texts about consultations, appointments and project updates, and for marketing texts about solar services, offers and promotions. Providing a phone number or submitting a consultation request alone does not give SMS consent. You can select either, both, or neither option. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and sharing

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers solely to deliver and support our services, including messaging and CRM providers, subject to appropriate restrictions, or when required by law.

Website services and campaign attribution

Our hosting provider and embedded form provider process technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Campaign links may include source, medium, campaign, content and keyword parameters so we can understand which marketing generated an inquiry. WordPress and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect form functionality.

Retention and access

We keep information as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet business, security and legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers supporting these purposes.
